Hey everyone, I wanted to make this blog sort of an everyday thing. And I am going to do my best. It’s been busy, so busy I actually haven’t made any progress. I told you I wouldn’t lie about it. SO I have to be honest. After jumping on it I never did anything. And that is terrible. I have been overweight for a while, and now is the time to do something. So rather than get down on myself like I normally would. I will just jump back on the horse and get with the programe.
Like my good ol friend Bob once told me “if you start, don’t stop, it’s easy to quit right from the get go because you aren’t used to it. But if you force yourself to do it. You will eventually just keep doing it. And on those days that you don’t feel like it you can look at where you are and how you got there and use it for motivation to keep going. The biggest thing is that you keep going.”
And truer words have never been spoken than that.
Thanks Bob.
Soo now lets, go let’s make a difference in our selves, and in our lives. Let’s change who we are for healthier reasons, not to look like supermodels, or musclemen, but to become healthy.

Well besides the fact that I took some time to set up the podcast, and put it on iTunes which it should be very soon. I should actually know today. I did get a lot of activity in yesterday. I went for 3 walks, and did some stretching and sity ups. Today will be a very busy day for me, and I will be so active it will be crazy. I have to work tonight, and at work the fun never stops. I work as a projectionist at a movie theatre with 12 auditoriums. So it’s non-stop walking, and standing, bending, and crouching. It’s crazy yeah! Well I am going to head off today. I want you to remember that only we can change our lives, and what better day than today to do so.

Hey everyone here is a new blog, well it’s not new as I have had it for a while. But now I have had it as one would say. I am sick of how I look, how I feel, and mostly I want to be here for my family. I want to live as long as possible. So if I don’t start now I will never start. Here is the quick and dirty version of what’s going to happen, and what I will be doing.
25 pounds is my brain child. I can’t think of losing weight other than 25 pounds at a time because if I see that I have to lose 150+ pounds right now to get near my healthy weight then I will never be able to do it. I will be discouraged, and the blog, and my podcasts will be for nothing.
So I am starting this daily blog. One to help me in my journey, two to help me with the mental blocks that go into it. So even if I didn’t feel like doing something that day I will mention it. It will chronicle every step, milestone, or even failure. I have to be honest or it will never work. And the best way for me to do this is to put it out there.
