Hey everyone, I wanted to make this blog sort of an everyday thing. And I am going to do my best. It’s been busy, so busy I actually haven’t made any progress. I told you I wouldn’t lie about it. SO I have to be honest. After jumping on it I never did anything. And that is terrible. I have been overweight for a while, and now is the time to do something. So rather than get down on myself like I normally would. I will just jump back on the horse and get with the programe.
Like my good ol friend Bob once told me “if you start, don’t stop, it’s easy to quit right from the get go because you aren’t used to it. But if you force yourself to do it. You will eventually just keep doing it. And on those days that you don’t feel like it you can look at where you are and how you got there and use it for motivation to keep going. The biggest thing is that you keep going.”
And truer words have never been spoken than that.

Soo now lets, go let’s make a difference in our selves, and in our lives. Let’s change who we are for healthier reasons, not to look like supermodels, or musclemen, but to become healthy.
